Time to Rally creates most of our products by hand. Handmade products are produced on a made-to-order basis and can occasionally take up to two weeks to be processed.
Most of the time orders process much faster than that, but we can’t guarantee a faster processing time. We understand that you want your loved one to know how much you care and will do our best to process all orders as quickly as possible.
Our products are made-to-order. This means that after you place your order, we will make it especially for you! This takes time and loving attention.
This means that each product will vary slightly from the photo on this website and will even vary from each other. No two products are exactly alike.
For wearable products, please use our size chart to prevent errors in ordering.
We love creating products that have a personal touch. Please see each listing to determine if a product is eligible for personalization. Not all items are eligible.
After allowing up to 14 days for your order to be created, it will be packaged with care and shipped to the address you provided to us. Our company generally ships through USPS (Priority or First Class, whichever we have determined is less expensive for the total order). Once it has shipped, you should receive it within a week – depending on your distance from our shipping facility
If you are in a time-sensitive situation, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to inquire about expedited processing (moving you to the top of the list for a fee) and to set up the fastest shipping option available.
We are NOT responsible for the following shipping scenarios:
Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer when the order is placed
Inclement weather or disasters (either natural or man-made) that affect the courier’s ability to complete the delivery on time.
Damage incurred to the contents during shipping. It will leave our facility safely packaged and damage-free. Unfortunately, we have no control over how it is handled once it leaves our possession.
Delivery to an incorrect address due to an error by the courier – you, as the recipient, will have to file a claim with the courier.
Theft of the order once it has been delivered – you, as the recipient, must file a police report and a claim with the courier.
We hold a 30-day return policy. If 30 or more days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Personalized products are exempt from being returned unless the product arrives defective.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where partial refunds may be granted.
Once your return item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and if your refund has been approved.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few business days.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If returning your item, you will be responsible for paying for shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are eligible to receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are returning an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
